ABOUT<\/span><\/h2>

My name is Chad Killoran and I\u2019m an artist from North Wales.

I\u2019ve always had a huge fondness for both art and wildlife. As a child, I spent hours drawing animals and delving into books about the natural world.<\/span><\/p>

I spent five years working in the theatre industry, doing wigs and makeup. In this time, I worked in many places around the world, and was very lucky to travel to some of the most beautiful natural wonders that our planet has to offer. These wonderful experiences also opened my eyes to the destruction we are causing the natural world, which is resulting in a major decline in wildlife.

For this reason, I decided to combine my love of art and wildlife to try to raise awareness of wildlife loss. My focus is on species that are seriously threatened by human activity. Did you know that around one million species are now threatened with extinction? My mission is to ensure a future for wildlife.<\/span><\/h2>

We're at a critical point in time, where the survival of so many species rests upon the edge of a knife.<\/span><\/p>

My goal is to use my artwork to reverse the decline of wildlife, worldwide. For many of the products available on this site, you\u2019ll also find information I've put together on the particular species in the design. I explain why human activity is causing problems for these specific animals. More importantly, you\u2019ll also find advice on how our individual actions can help to ensure a future for the wild populations of these species.<\/span><\/p>

For every purchase made on this site, 5% of artist's profits go towards wildlife conservation. I support various organisations around the world, that are carrying out essential work to reverse the decline of wildlife. UNSUNG HEROES<\/span><\/h3>

Wildlife conservation is an area where often we only hear the voices of white people. However, in much of the world, it is people of colour who are leading the way in creating a better world for nature.<\/span><\/p>

I try to be mindful of this when choosing conservation organisations to support. Where possible, I select those who have teams made up of a variety of ethnicities.<\/span><\/p>
